I am me. I work, I play, I live, I read, I take pictures and I am a mother. There are so many things that make up who I am, that most will have to just be discovered as we go here. I am still learning about myself. I have always called Minnesota my home other than a semester in Springfield, MO for college. Please think along the lines of Canada, not Minneapolis… Winnipeg is much closer than a drive to the Twin Cities.
I work a couple different jobs, which is good for me as I tend to be a bit of a roamer if I can’t switch things up from time to time. I get to work outside during the summer and during the rest of the year I get to work with kids! No, I never get bored. Ever. 🙂
I love to go camping, rollerblading, book shopping, mowing, and reading. As long as I can remember, reading has been one of my favorite activities. I remember when I was in junior high and high school when my mom would come find me still reading in my room at 5am. Books have always been just so hard to put down and there is just so many to read! My “to read” list currently consists of: The Tutor’s Daughter by Julie Klassen, The Icecutter’s Daughter by Tracie Peterson, Forevermore by Cathy Marie Hake, Surrender Bay by Denise Hunter, Prophet by R.J. Larson, Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella, and many, many, many more.
I hope to connect to some fellow bloggers and readers out there. Please feel free to come by, write a comment and tell me what you are up to! Blessings!
